"Convenient to Provincetown and points south", this low-rise is near the entrance to the national park, with a bike path that follows the Cape leaving directly from the parking lot; an ongoing renovation of the public areas is set to end in mid-2008, but already in place are "spacious" nonsmoking rooms with "comfy beds", in-room fridges and free WiFi that "works perfectly", all overseen by a "friendly staff that is informed about the area."

Convenient location, friendly staff.

Room was a little on the small side. Bathroom was extremely small...sink area only holds enough room for your toothbrush.

Location and layout.

Dirty pillows and strong smell of cigarettes in the room even that this is non smoking hotel.

Surprisingly spacious rooms and friendly staff. Great location. There was a distinct cigarette odor in the room but only in ours the other rooms were fine!
